Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

Maybe you are…

Carrying more than feels manageable, and it has been this way for a long time. On the surface, life may look functional, but internally there is tension, fatigue, or a sense of always being on alert. It may feel hard to fully relax, trust your body, or feel at ease in relationships. Closeness can feel comforting one moment and overwhelming or draining the next.

Over time, this ongoing stress may show up emotionally, relationally, or physically, through exhaustion, anxiety, chronic symptoms, or a sense of feeling disconnected from yourself. You long for relief, clarity, and a steadier way of being in your life and relationships.

In our time together…

We can begin by meeting what feels most pressing. When emotions feel intense, relationships strained, or life feels overwhelming, the initial focus is on support and stabilization. This may look like slowing things down, making sense of what is happening, and helping you feel steadier so daily life feels more manageable and less reactive.

As that foundation builds, the work naturally deepens. Patterns that once helped you cope but now feel limiting can be explored with care. Over time, emotional reactions often soften, self-doubt eases, and relationships can begin to feel less confusing or exhausting. Communication becomes clearer, boundaries more natural, and connection less effortful.

As internal balance grows, many people also notice shifts in how stress shows up in the body. Physical tension, fatigue, or other stress-related symptoms often become easier to understand and work with as the system is no longer stuck in constant survival mode. Emotional and physical experiences are approached as connected, rather than separate.

This is collaborative, steady work that meets you where you are. The goal is not to change who you are, but to help you feel more at ease in your body, more grounded in your relationships, and more capable of navigating life as it unfolds.

I don’t heal my clients…

Healing is not something that is done to you. Change happens through your own insight, capacity, and lived experience, supported by a steady and attuned therapeutic relationship. My role is to offer guidance, perspective, and tools while creating the conditions that allow deeper patterns to shift.

The space itself is judgment free and grounded in curiosity rather than evaluation. It is a place where all parts of your experience are welcome, including thoughts or emotions that may have felt unsafe to express elsewhere. Sessions offer consistency, presence, and a relationship where you are the focus, met with care, respect, and genuine attention as trust builds over time.

If you learned early on to keep emotions contained to maintain connection or avoid conflict, expressing sadness, anger, or disappointment may feel unfamiliar or vulnerable at first. Therapy offers the opportunity to explore these emotions at your own pace and to learn how to listen to them rather than push them away.

Whether you’re navigating major life transitions, relational issues, health challenges, or personal losses, you don’t have to face it alone.

Take the next step.

Getting support can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate this all by yourself. I can provide a safe, compassionate space to explore your feelings and find clarity on how to move forward. Together, we can create meaningful change and help you build a life that feels fulfilling and whole. I’d be honored to walk this path with you—let’s start now.
